Furniture Rental Company Signs Lease in North Flatiron
Furniture Rental Associates, Inc., a 24/7 rental company with repair facilities, has signed a 1,907-square-foot office lease for the third floor of 149 Madison Ave. This new office adds to the company’s three warehouses in Brooklyn.
The company is expected to move into the new location at the beginning of September.
Sheldon Snyder, Senior Managing Director, and David Danick, Managing Director, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hunter Phoenix, arranged the lease for the tenant. The leasing agent for landlord Abramson Brothers was Danielle Nolen.
